All donations go directly towards medication costs. Our donation fund is what allows us to operate on a pay-what-you-can model, since we do not and will never collect any profit from this service. Thousands of dollars of donations have already helped us provide numerous trans people with the meds they need.

Unforutnately, for security reasons, we can only accept donations via cryptocurrency right now. Below is a short guide to buying and donating cryptocurrency via PayPal. If you need help navigating the crypto process, reach out. If you want to donate but crypto is absolutely not an option, reach out, as we may be able to arrange something else.

Buying and sending crypto with PayPal

In the US, you can buy cryptocurrency on PayPal and send it from there to an external wallet. On desktop, head to this page to buy crypto. On mobile, go to the "accounts" tab and scroll down until you see the crypto option under "do more with your money". We recommend buying Litecoin (LTC) for this purpose, as Bitcoin transaction fees can be quite high.

Once you've bought the crypto, you often have to wait a while before you can send it to external wallets - sometimes up to three days. If it hasn't yet been that long, and your attempt to transfer the crypto to a third party errors out, wait 24-48 hours and try again.

To transfer the crypto to us, use the "send" option. It should prompt you for an address: use our Litecoin address (or Bitcoin, if that was the one you bought) here. When the transaction goes through, you should be able to view the "transaction hash". If you want to verify that your donation got to us, reach out and send us the transaction hash - we'll check on our end to make sure it arrived.
